イエメン西部の人里離れたジャルマ村の熱心な農民であるアーメド・アブドは、農家の親族から受け継いだ土地へ愛情を注いでいる。親族の指導のもと、彼は熟練した耕作者となり、土を育てる旅に出た。
季節を追うごとに、アーメドはコーヒー農園の肥沃な土壌から芽吹く生命の驚異を目の当たりにした。太陽に向かって伸び、大地から糧を得る植物の回復力に感嘆した。一族が受け継いできたコーヒーと自然界の美しさに触発されたアーメドは、幼い頃から土地の手入れをすることに自分のコーヒーに大切であることを知っていた。
アハメドは農業にとどまらず、地域社会とのかかわりの重要性を認識していた。彼は地元の協同組合ネットワークに積極的に参加し、フェアトレードを推進し、仲間の農家の製品販売を支援した。協力と集団行動を通じて、アハメッドは農業コミュニティ全体の回復力を強化することを目指した。彼の農園は3400本のコーヒーの木で構成されているが、今年は雨が少なかったため、コーヒーの収穫量は予想より少なかった。
そのためアハメッドは、コーヒーをジャスミンの花と一緒に発酵させる実験を行った。
コーヒーとジャスミンという2つの作物の力によって、このロットはユニークで独特な風味を持つ、一生に一度の体験となるような味に仕上がった。

Ahmed Abdo, a dedicated farmer from the remote village of Jarma in western Yemen, inherited
a love for the land from his farming family. With their guidance, he embarked on a journey to
become a skilled cultivator and nurturer of the soil.
With every passing season, Ahmed witnessed the wonders of life sprouting from the fertile soil
of his coffee farm. He admired the resilience of plants as they reached towards the sun, drawing
sustenance from the earth. Inspired by his family's coffee legacy and the beauty of the natural
world, Ahmed knew that his purpose lay in tending to the land from a very young age.
Beyond his agricultural pursuits, Ahmed recognized the importance of community engagement.
He actively participated in local cooperative networks, promoting fair trade and supporting fellow
farmers in marketing their products. Through collaboration and collective action, Ahmed aimed
to strengthen the resilience of the entire farming community.
His farm consist of 3400 coffee trees, however due to lack of rain this year, the end coffee crop
was less than expected.

That drove Ahmed to experiment with his coffee and ferment it with another crop he farms,
which is Jasmine flower.
With the power of these 2 commodities, coffee and jasmine, this lot was created with a unique
and distinct flavors for a once in a lifetime experience.
